About Us

One of the reasons that we started Rose & Lois is because we love people, and we love connection. We hope that our new space will be a safe place of community where our guests can slow down and savor the moment.

Hello!

I’m Rachel, a Food Scientist by education, Beverage Scientist by experience, and Coffee Lover by necessity. Our mission is to inspire, uplift, and bring delight to humanity through the vehicle of exceptionally crafted beverages served with promptness in a clean, beautiful setting. 

Huge thanks to our wonderful local vendors who lend themselves to the creation of exceptionally crafted beverages! We work with Blue Mind Roasting on espresso, Julian Coffee on cold brew and nitro, Dark Side Roasters on drip, Aahaa Chai on chai and peach mojito tea, Big T on loose leaf and cold brew tea offerings, Blu Moon Eats for breakfast items and protein bars, and Le Petit Gateau for the amazing Pain au Chocolat among other incredible pastries!!
